any free pike lakes in carmarthenshire area

hi i am new to pike fishing and have always wanted to catch one but i have been to 3 local fisheries and i dont know if its me or the ponds but i cant catch one i was wondering if there where any lakes around carmarthen area (south west wales) that dont charge just so i can have some practice at it any help would be most helpful thanks jonny

It seems these have a few pike and are cheap to join.I think you will be lucky to find some where for free
