weedless lures?

alo chaps long time no speak!
well the nights ar drawing in and im planning some pike fishing on the horizon
(gana wait for a few frosts!) im planning to fish a very clear and weedy water
now my problem is the weed! usualy i wobbly dead baits with some succes
on this water but i only get say 6 decent retreives in 10, i know i could up my catch rate if i could just get more consistant, and have the lure working in the water as apose to in the boat will i un pick weed from it! the occasional croc is lurking in open water but the majority ar tucked right in the jungle!
can anyone recomend some good weedless lures that they have used them selves, and help me up my catch rate this winter?
