| rod help. Could anyone help me find a good rod and reel. here are some guidelines around £35 about 6-7 foot designed for bank fishing with lures thats about all i can think of cheers     |

| Re: rod help. Hi PP I would advise to get a longer rod than 6 or 7 as with alonger rod say 12foot would be more suited to cating a lure long distances. | Re: rod help. It all depends if you would be hoping to use it for deadbaiting as well if so i would advise for a baitrunner and if not i would opt for a standard spinning reel. I'll have a look online and see what i come up with, The "John Wilson Baitmaster" which i use for pike is great but is slightly out of your price range.
