| Re: 6th blank in a row Have you ever thought about searching the area with lures, when the deadbaits aren't working? You be amazed how often lures will take fish when deadbaits fail, partly due to the amount of water you can cover. It's a lot warmer wandering the banks casting every few yards than it is sitting by a rod pod for hours as well!! __________________ http://www.lurefishingdiary.blogspot.com |

| Re: 6th blank in a row Unlucky mate... But I think you're fishing in the wrong place to be honest. Maybe the Double Locks would be more productive. Say the beer garden for instance???? ![]() ![]() __________________ Ollie: "Call me a cab." Stan: "You're a cab." Just another night on the beach with Ping. |

have to add for droppenfish that the spinning rod is always with me and usually gets used , but the canals actually not great for lure(well for me at least) as is so clear but very weedy not very deep down but will persevere as love my pikeing and its not just about catching thanks all ![]() dave __________________ www.exmouthsaa.co.uk 24 beers in a case and 24 hours in a day, coincidence or just damn good planning when will the easterlies stop, and the real fishing start |
