 my first pike well on saturday last i went pike fishing on the river trent. had a brilliant day with good weather and some gorgeous fish aswell as my first and second pike. both were caught on a jelly lure let sink and twitched back. first fish was about 5 lb i think and the second smaller. either way i was chuffed to bits and came home smiling  second smaller fish  my first ever pike  Last edited by Norfolkboy; 11-06-2007 at 03:30 PM.     |

| Re: my first pike and its in the net cos to be honest those teeth were fierce. it sat in the shallows in front of our feet for about 20 mins before it darted off after a silver fish. also caught tonnes of perch on the spinner. what a great day |
