Re: pike baits

yeah, is renowned for it's pike, i've only caught 1 from there at 12lb, but only fished it a few times, my mate has had 3 ranging from 2-7lb.

had lots of follows, and lots of misses, normally they only miss the lure by a few inches, can get rather frustrating, but great to see

All sea baits should be good for pike purely 'cause of the smell factor alone- when deadbaiting remember you are relying mainly on the pikes amazing sense of smell rather than its predatory motion sensors (lateral line etc.) so you should have some success along the lines of mackeral and herring , will be good to find out though !
