TRAIN BOOKING (please read)

ok i,ve been in contact with euro tunnel today and booked the train for our up and coming trip to the land of garlic and wine

now there was a a bit of a difference in one of the car booked so to keep it all equal i,ve split the full amount by all ok as you will see

just to check none of the cars have LPG FUEL TANKS as these are not allowed onto the train so please check as we will need to change vechiles .

IMPORTANT WE MUST BE THERE AT 30 MINUTES BEFORE DEPARTURE

departure on the 19th may at 4.18AM

returning on the 26th may at 7.50PM

Please keep to your booked departure time if you want to be assured of
a fast crossing.
However, we do recognise that it is not always possible to plan your
arrival time at Check-In accurately. So, if you arrive at Check-In within
2 hours of your booked departure time, we will, at no extra charge,
transfer you to a space on the next available shuttle.
However, please note that this could be quite a long wait if we are very
busy.
Your booking will not be transferable if you arrive at Check-In more than
24 hours after the booked departure time.

THE PRICES PER VECHILE WAS AS FOLLOWS

i have been emailed the reference numbers for all the cars going so we should now be ok another thing out of the way

CAR 1 £124
CAR 2 £124
CAR 3 £136

TOTAL £384

DIVIDED BY 6 = £64 EACH so please could you all send me a cheque for this amount as soon as possible please

so just to remind you all about medical insurance and break down cover for your selfs

tightlines
kevin

Re: TRAIN BOOKING (please read)

I just went to the post office to get an E111 health form and now you have to have a card, not the old paper form. got the booklet and you can apply for you health cover online

here is the weblink

http://www.dh.gov.uk/PolicyAndGuidan...avellers/fs/en

save the cost of a stamp and a trip to the post office
