Re: kingfisher lake

i spoke to tony the lake owner today just to see how things are going on the lake and find out a couple of things .
one of the things i asked was that it seems that they,ve not updated the catch reports,
but apparently he closes for six weeks during the mid summer to give the fish a rest as they deserve it and it keeps them in tip top conditions and respond better for the anglers and i rather have my fish in top conditions and also not fished for in the height of the summer as it does not do the fish any good being fish for 24/7 like most lakes are as the fishery owners are only money orientated i,m not .
its good to here that there places that will allow the fish to be rested which is encouging to here and i,ve got no doubts now that we are going to see some cracking fish when we go .
so if you were all wondering when looking on there web site why there were no reports lately thats why .
here last weeks report results they also had a very nice sturgeon
