hi all,went to angelsey yesterday,4 of us set off from mcr about 11.30 arrived there just after 1.30pm. decided to fish trearddur bay at ravenspoint.all set up just after 2.30 ,2hrs before high tide,i had a terrible day,snagging every cast and lost a lot of gear.had plenty of bites but still blanked as did chris, greeny had 3 doggies 2 small pollock and a very small dab,danny had 1 dog and 2 pollock.all though i had a disaster of a day fishing the day its self was superb, great place, great weather,and geat company,we will definately be going back soon.

Hi Malc

gald you had a good day but shame about the fishing! sometimes ravenspoint can do that to you but its worth trying again. where abouts did you go? I know it can be hard to describe but some bits are far less snaggy than others. did you try out the tackle box (spar shop) for bait?

hi mate how you doing,called in the spar shop for a bit of advice ,he was busy but put on to ravenspoint. we were in a small cove quite low down and to the left of us high up were what looked like some rock pillers that had been built for some kind of monument. disheartened with blanking but the other guys caught so all wasn,t lost ,will definately go again excellent place,and thanks for the info,most appreciated,might see you over there some time. tight lines ,malc
