Re: blackpool fishing

been a few more times ,but still not caught, getting used to casting, but am unsure as to if i am using correct baits(currently using blackworm frozen)and have used all different sizes of hooks, any advise would be great please lads.

have not ventured further than the pleasure beach end of the prom so i think i will go to the north wall on tuesday evening(i have been advised to go there by chris webb bait and tackle)so fingers crossed.

i always find the BBC website excellent for tide times and weather. Go to their A-Z index and look for tides

Re: blackpool fishing

LOL, I buy most of my gear second hand. I don't care about using last season's colours ;0)

I'm looking forward to reading some good catch reports from the North West. I grew up in Blackpool and used to fish off the North Pier and other places as a kid.

My daughter is at Lancaster Uni, so I'm due up there just before Christmas to bring her home and visit my family. Might work an extra day in to do some fishing
