sounds like a great session! and i hope you have a camera with you by the time u hook into a triple figure cod in the middle of a fjord somewhere! and someone to take pictures of it towing you around like jaws

If you get fed up with bouncing a pirk up and down i have found where you can buy squid for bait in Norway. Find a Chinese food and spice shop (which are springing up all over the place) and they have normally got squid in the freezer and not too expensive.
