| Denmark ,cod and stuff? Hello everyone i m still out in Denmark but thought i d do a quick post to let you know how things have been out here. Ive only been fishing once,i managed to get some lug and had a couple of hours off the jetty wall one evenin.I ended up getting one cod of about 3lb as soon as it started getting dark,unfortunatly i had to then pack up ,but is was good fun on my light spinning rod.(the cod went back pointing towards the UK) The last few days weve been over on the west coast using a very high definition sonar to look for mines to dive on,we didnt find any mines but we found huge shoals of fish ,they where everywhere. This morning i went down to see a small boat come in with his catch,he had put one gill net out overnight and it was full with cod,plaice and sole. Not just one or two cod but scores and all good size3lb to 7lb. So it would seem that there is no shortage of cod over this side of the north sea,i think the next time i come over here i will be taking a lot more fishing gear with me! PS Any smoothys about yet? Surely youve got to laugh as i did when charlotte told me that,its kids stuff but never mind iam sure ill cope on my own i will say though i hope your wife doesnt threaten or intimidate kim anymore i dont want things to get out of hand!! |
