Woke up this morning to a strong wind with rain and sleet flying past the windowbut by 11:00 I had had enough so grabbed some rods and walked down to the fjord.Nothing doing till 15:00,Then the wind just died and it stopped raining.It was not 5 min. when the first cod was on,about 4 pounds and again 10 min later, it could have been the same one? as I had let the other go and I did the same with this one. When trying to rebait I could just not get the bait on from frozen hands so made my way home along the water casting a spoon into some promising little bays.Bang right in front of me a seatrout grabbed the spoon,3 pounds +- .First of the year so gave him a kiss and let him go.So now after a hot shower and cold beer I feel rather smug,just to think I nearly did not go.Now where are those beers
