Cumbria and Black Bream

I am going to cumbria on business soon andhave noticed a post that mentions someones problem of bait nibbling were caused by black bream? now my question is, are black bream avaliable around the cumbrian coast or the mull of kintire area?

Far as im aware they dont go much further than the south coast counties where the water is warmer as they are essentailly a medditeranean species .

I do know that they area avalible on the North Wales coast especially hells mouth etc which is further north than the south coast and I also know they don't frequent scottish waters so it doesn't look liuke bream is a possibility from there.
