Re: new rod to the test

our beautiful mersey is much cleaner than it used to be. its not the pollution keeping fish stocks down, its the years of overfishing by the trawlers. when the mersey was a septic swamp 20 odd years ago, our coast was absolutely rammed with fish in comparison to today.

Re: new rod to the test

well said philipn, I drive along the dock roads pretty much every day and love the mersey skyline(the buildings set against the sky, not the R34 nissan) makes me proud to be a scouser. every generation of my family have lived here since they came over from ireland way back. most have worked at camelllaird's and all have been proud of calling liverpool/wallasey home.

Re: new rod to the test

nice chatting with you lads but there is a pint out there with my name on it and it could be getting warm and flat as we speak. catch up with you next time.

don't tell me, the pints you get down pompy way are actually more like litres?

Cheers

TMH
