Nethertown Mixed Bag

Fished last saturday night at nethertown, we had a mixed bag of reasonable codling, Plaice and rockling. Fished the sunday afternoon tide (2 up 2 down) same spot, a mixed bag again, bass, plaice, flounders,rockling and eels. we were using lug worm, peeler crab, asda cooked mussels and squid for bait.
all in all not a bad session compared to what we have been getting fishing around beckfoot, maryport and whitehaven.
will definately give it another go this weekend.
