newbiggin cliffs 1/10

went out last night , decided to go straight to the cliffs at newbiggin, first chuck and the rod rattled struck into it " fish on " dragged it up the side of the cliff, nice tommy codling landed,next cast and the same,another fish, just had that feeling that it was going to be a good night, on the third cast struck into a fish only for it to snag me up and the line parted company with the snood. a few more casts and it was more of the same the fish seemed to have a plan lets bite and wait till he strikes and snags up then we will have a free meal .
finished at about 0130 had 3 fish in total, all were returned alive.
the fish are out there but there seems to be a lot of small stuff.

nice one, and VERY nice to hear the cod are in, last cod i caught must have been when i was 7 or 8 fishing off cresswell rocks in a tynemouth competition lol
