Names of marks around shields, marsden & Whitburn.

Hi. New to the forum and after some advice. I'm new back to sea fishing this winter and have been absorbing advice left right and centre from loads of people. So much so that it has got to the stage where people are talking about marks what I've never heard of or don't know where they are! I don't like to keep asking where these marks are and get on their nerves! Does anyone know of a link to a map what highlights the main marks around south shields, marsden and Whitburn like the manholes, gun and the goalposts etc. I know this might be a big ask but worth a try so I don't keep getting on fellow anglers nerves asking silly questions. I've read through loads of forums but a lot of them refer to the marks but don't highlight or describe where they are. ATB.
