| Hi Me and my mate Pete fished Brid pier south wall a couple of weeks ago, Mon 1st July. Weather was blistering. We set off from Huddersfield at 2.30am, got there about 4.30. Couple of hours to high tide was a 6m tide, slack water and a couple of hour after high tide. only 4 people on all day. couple of young guys next to me managed two flatties, evryone else was blanking. It was our first outing as pete had not been well for a time. still we were back fishing it was the first fish either of us had caught in over a year my buddy was pleased for me and took a photo on his phone (just recieved a copy) after the photo shoot we both noticed that I had foul hooked it under the gill. My buddy was even more pleased for me![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() still we had a good day and we finshed the day with a selebration .never thought I could write so much about a little flattie ![]() kajydog |
