Yes mate, after the horse has bolted, I made myself a nuisance on the phone to them and they said they would on this occassion reinburse me £50.00.
But I think they have had £200 off us.
We use what we call a dead account, pay money in for the likes of ebay or anything on line really, so that if any (ha ha) scam hits the account then it won't be too bad as clearing our main account where our money goes in, my fault really I invented it and should have kept an eye on it, only the wifey uses it on/off for books and music...........me, secret purchases of tackle lol.
Each month I get a statement saw it and thought it was the missus buying books for school(teacher). Doh
