| What ever happened to respect? OK so you are at a sporting event and on come the opposition. The band strikes up their anthem. So when did booing it start ? I know us Taffs are not unknown for such rubbish behaviour but honestly, if you don't like something like "God Save The Queen" then shut it! What about the Kiwis and the Haka ? Personally I know it's a challenge and all that, it's what makes the All-Blacks so special. Without it they are just another southern hemisphere team (who will wipe the floor with you). How the guys on the pitch choose to respond is one thing (and there have been some gallant and rude resonses over the years). Granted a little less clean cut maybe. The one that really does my head in is when there is a minutes silence as an act of respect. This weekend the rugby nations of the world showed a small bit of compassion and thought by a minutes silence for Japan. What did one idiot do at the Millenium stadium? Shouted out. Now I don't know who they were or what team they supported but they are a moron! I just hope they were handed in bits to the stewards to expel. I would smack someone in the mouth if i was next to them in the stand and happily miss the game. These morons need to be made an example of somehow but in this soft, look after the criminal first attitude country nothing will ever get done.
