| scams PLEASE read this Postal Scam: Can you circulate this around especially as Xmas is fast approaching - it has been confirmed by Royal Mail. The Trading Standards Office are making people aware of the following scam: A card is posted through your door from a company called PDS (Parcel Delivery Service) suggesting that they were unable to deliver a parcel and that you need to contact them on 0906 6611911 (a Premium rate number). DO NOT call this number, as this is a mail scam originating from Belize. If you call the number and you listen to the recorded message you will already have been billed £15 for the phone call. If you do receive a card with these details, then please contact Royal Mail Fraud on 020 7239 6655. load of tosh max you can be charged from a bt phone is £1.50 per min This happened to me at Tesco and it could happen to you. Two good-looking 25-year-old girls come over as you are loading what you bought into the boot of your car. They both start cleaning your windshield with a rag , with their breasts almost falling out of their skimpy t-shirts. It is impossible not to look. When you thank them and offer them a tip, they say 'No' and instead ask you for a ride to another superstore. You agree and they get in the back seat. On the way, they start playing with each other. Then one of them climbs over into the front seat and talks to you in a sexy manner, while the other one steals your wallet. I had my wallet stolen last Tuesday, Wednesday, twice on Thursday, again on Saturday, and also yesterday. So please be careful. ![]() |

| Re: scams ![]() I hate it when people forward bogus warnings, and I have even done it myself a couple times unintentionally but this one is real, and it's important. Please send this warning to everyone on your e-mail list. If someone comes to your front door saying they are checking for ticks due to the warm weather and asks you to take your clothes off and dance around with your arms up, DO NOT DO IT!! THIS IS A SCAM!! They only want to see you naked. I wish I'd got this yesterday. I feel so stupid. __________________ Don't Judge My Path If You Haven't Walked My Journey... |
