Led Zepplin So has anyone managed to get tickets for the one off Led Zepplin re-union concert. I heard on the radio this morning that 76 Million people had applied for tickets . Now thats what you call a supergroup. Don't think any of todays bands have that sort of pulling power.... __________________ Don't Judge My Path If You Haven't Walked My Journey...

Led zep are a band who can both sing & play their own instruments, unlike most of todays commercially manufactured bands. They also knew how to really party. There drummer, the late (Too much partying) John Bonham was one of the greatest ever..... __________________ Don't Judge My Path If You Haven't Walked My Journey...

Re: Led Zepplin They were also nearly even more legendary-The original line up was going to be Keith Moon, John Entwhistle, Jeff Beck and Jimmy Page. Moon and Entwhistle decided to go back to The Who, but not before Moon thought of the name Led Zeppelin.

Re: Led Zepplin I remember seeing the opening of the Olympics and at one point saying to my (long suffering , God bless her) wife "I recognise that arse", course it wasn't Prince Edward, but it was Kylies. Such a legendary band has got me trying to think of my top five favourite songs. Stairway is on there (I know , it's not cool and they probably DID do a lot of better stuff but I still love it). Sabbath Bloody Sabbath at FULL volume. Oh! Happy Day , I have no idea who by but I just feel so uplifted by it. Men of Harlech, rather predictably. Cwm Rhondda, Bread of heaven, I just love the song and can't sing it loud enough. Then there's about a thousand other songs that I like. Funny there is NO rap there. Wonder why? Can't think of any words that rhyme with rap at the moment. It's these that stand out though. Sorry if that's not trendy enough, well no I'm not actually sorry but there you go. What was the original question again? __________________ Just remember, not all the heroes died. www.helpforheroes.org.uk
