Hi all,

Just would like to say hello to all fishing forum members. I am from South Wales and I am new to sea fishing. So I would appreciate any answers to questions that I have. How do I go about looking for rag worm on the beach?

Re: New Member

Hi and welcome.

Rag tend to like mud and gravel type of beach. Esturys tend to be very good for ragworm. Look for little holes that squirt up water as you walk next to them.
At least that is what I think you do. It is so long since I dug any worms. I am just too lazy.

Re: New Member

Welcome to the forum,if your going digging ,get your self a flat tinned fork preferably one with a steel handle shaft,as the wood ones tend to snap very easily on tough beaches..
