Trabucco Guinness Carp Rod

Can anyone offer me any advice or info on my carp rod.
I have been given a Trabucco Guinness carp rod by a family member. It is in 2 sections, its an 11ft rod and has a test curve of 2 n a half lbs. I don't know much about carp fishing so I'm not really sure if this is a decent rod to use or if I am best off getting rid of it. Any info on this is really appreciated, many thanks

Re: Trabucco Guinness Carp Rod

never heard of the make but if the build quality is good then i would say you get yourself a bargain considering it cost nowt
Try it.. if you don't get on with it - flog it
