Re: Hello

JJ Have you tried fishing at Lazer quay on the Medway city estate? Comfy fishing, straight out the car, I have had nice flatties and nice whiting there but it is known to produce Sole, Bass and Codling as well . My mate had a small codling of 2lb last winter there.

Also there is LLoyds at Chatham, this mark is well known for holding codling and doggies as well as the ususal catches. Located inbetween Gillingham Pier and the sun pier, you just fish off the bank in front of the old council houses.

If you can travel further afield then a trip into Gravesend ould be worth a shot too, the river holds codling throughout the winter and into spring, also sole, bass, flatties and eels in the summer months with the stretch at the ship and lobster being the most popular. However you can fish the prom in Gravesend town center too, which is about a 10 min walk from the train station, and just so happens to pass the local tackle shop (dolphin angling) so you can pick up bait and have a chat en route to the mark.

These are just a few local marks off the top of my head, want any more info don`t hesitate to ask or you can PM me and we could even meet up for a trip.

Regards

Joe
