Hello, im new member here, because i'm very interested in Norway, saltwater fishing.

Firstly , my name is Gedas (I know it's strange name, because i'm from Lithuania) and i'm 16.
My mom lives in Norway, Stavanger. So in summer time i will be there.

I want to start fishing this summer. But i don't know where , when , what?
Can someone introduce me? And how much the rods cost here? Where i can fish and do i need license to fish here?
