Hi, wanna try catfishing could use some help

Hi all i have turned to all you guys and gals for help, im very keen to try my hand at catfishing, after several failed attempts i feel i must be doing something wrong.....
Any advice on places to fish near kings lynn in norfolk, what rigs and baits to be used would be gratefully recieved

I can't tell you anything about where to go, but I can tell you that a 3-way swivel rig with a dipsey sinker, a circle hook, and either chicken liver or cut fish will catch American catfish more often than not!

If you decide to keep some for the table I'll share the secret of catfish tail soup. One of the guys I fish with is a chef from Mexico and it's his specialty.

Calamari squid and 32mm halibut pellets. Even the kittens have mouths as big as dustbins.

I imagine wels are somewhat like our flathead cats, in that they prefer live prey and will literally eat anything.
