New person from Derby

Hi all,

Nice lively forum it looks like you have here.

I'll cut to the chase of why I'm posting this.

I'm new to fishing (last time I went was about 9 years ago - I'm now 23) and me and afew friends have been talking about going for awhile now.

Given that fact that we're pretty much complete beginners, can any advise what the best type of fishing to go for is, and where the best areas in Derbyshire are?
