Been fishing for 35 years , like most started bleak - gudgeon fishing , then moved on to , eels , pike , carp , and then Zander , Trout , Salmon , Sturgeon and Steelhead with a bit of red snapper and grouper thrown in from time to time.

Lived in the USA for 14 years so was very spoiled as the fishing is superb , especially in PNW as salmon , steelhead , trout and sturgeon in large quantities.!
