first time cheesepaste

this is my first time on this forum, so here is a quick question.
I mixed some cheese paste for the first time yesterday and want to try it out.# is this freezing weather any good for chub? (ive only ever gone for small stuff on the float before. ) if so, should I leger or float?( its only a small river and there are few swims to try )
Any advice appreciated.

dito on the stilton cheese try a black slug or a nice large worm winter good for chub on the ledger might have to look for em tho ,,welcome to the forum

Thanks for the welcome and the advice Chazyboi. I'll try both worms and cheesepaste, Ive got some lobs on standby in me tackle box. Next grey day, I'll give it a go.
