New to forum, been messing about just looking about, not sure how to use yet or to get best out of forum, anyway only ever fished for salmon and trout,now thinking of what do fish for during the winter. What do you guys do?

hi and welcome,,, myself i fish for pike and zander.... the pike are my fav but enjoy zedding , a real good challenge

Plan to go sea fishing on the West coast, if all goes well the, end of this month. visit a fishery I know in the hills above Inverkip, another in the Clyde Valley and another few visits to the local canal. It`s a long time to about `til March.

Thanks guys, canal just next to me so give the pike a try done a bit of that many years ago. Fancy the sea fishing like to eat some of what I catch never really done any apart from spinning in summer the odd time for mackerel what you fish for in December?
