new to fishing the north east

hi guys i am in a bit of a quandary here,hope someone may be able to help me out.
I dont have transport but love my fishing,is there anyone from my area who would be willing to offer me a run out now and again,i would gladly chip in for petrol.
i am in the gateshead area and like to feeder/waggler fish
