I'm 42 years old & have been fishing for 35 of them. Lived most of my life in Twickenham so spent my youth learning on the Thames. I've tried most styles of fishing, with the exception of sea, big game & ice. For the past 7 years I've fished almost exclusively with lures, with some fly sessions thrown in for good measure. This year I hope to get into Pike & saltwater fly fishing. I now live in Somerset so should get the chance of a few sessions.
Also does anyone know of any good American discussion sites, as with regards to lure and light weight fly fishing I think they have the edge over us, so could prove to be interesting.

Why not post your questions as we have so very good Fly boys here and alot who know a thing or to about using lures in fresh and saltwater
