Hi everyone hows you all doing, my name is wayne and after a while of the fishing scene, well not done much in the last 10 years except a day here and there and getting my best gear nicked i have decide to gte back intop it after deciding to relax a bit and enjoy life :)

I have just sold my canal boat, dont ask why, and decided to get a small boat about for lake and inshore fishing, around 14 foot should do the trick i reckon, love boats but i have just started a handy man business up so i dont want to splash out to much.

Guess i will be about for a good while catching up on the fishing lark, i used to love to stalk carp on the long summer evenings up my local Pilsworth lodges, not seen the place for near 4 years. Just typing i wish i had some gear sorted and do a few hours tomoz.

Thanks kida, wish i never had to get rid of my cabin cruiser on the canal but atleast i can still enjoy the water with a wee boat, looking forward to getting out there for a few overnighters on a lake.

Hi mate, not a clue yet but i love north wales, i see you are in North wales.

I have posted in the fresh water section for help and advice on where to go, i love boats but no sea legs yet so need to keep to calm waters, nothing above a 6 inch swell LOL.

Ah never thought of windymere, been boating there when i was a wee lad. I hope to have a boat sorted this year so lets see what happens, be a good weekend. No promises though as i am just starting a new business venture and most of my efforts will be going into that, besides do a whole load of work on the house, including build a koi pond
Keep watching on ebay but prices go stupid nowa days.

Mmmm just thought kida, as you are down in the best place to be, used to live in penmaenmawr, if thats how you spell it, i forgot now it was that long ago, any chance you can keep your eyes open for a good project boat that would do the job, i used to look in the quids in paper when i lived down there.
It would earna few eekned saway on a windymere
Whats lake Padearn like, inland from Carnearfon, i fished the outlets a few times and had a loada trout years back, anygood on the lake?

In a past life mate, i mite of been welsh LOL

Only want to spend a few hundred max, not bothered about condition as i can fix it up no worrys, around the 14 foot mark cuddy or not as i will fit one if need be.
And trailer aint a prob as i can get one to collect it.

I will see what the funds are like and see if i can push the boat out for the one on the shed link, can just see it now, pottering around with a couple of pike rods hanging of the back LOL, not to forget the BBQ LOL
