Hello to fellow fish catching friends....

My first post....just wanted to introduce myself. I live in Appling, GA which is 10 miles from one of the greatest fishing lakes in the world (my opinion only). Clarks Hill Lake was created in the 1950's for electric generation. The Savanna River beginning in the mountains of N. Car. and ending at Savanna, GA was damed to form this increadible lake. It has been well stocked with stripers, hybrids and blue back herring (salt water fish and bait), which have adapted very well in this fresh water lake. In addition the lake has an abundance of large mouth bass, flathead/blue/channel catfish, crappie, shell cracker/blue gill bream, white bass, yellow perch, white perch, carp and long nose gar. I have a fish camp located on the bank of the lake, and you can find me at the fish camp from Thursday evening til Monday morning.
I've posted a photo album of some of the catches of my friends and me, all caught from my boat (22' fiberglass V-bot. fish deck boat w/150 hp 4 stroke Yamaha. I mainly fish for stripers/hyb's/catfish & bream/crapies in the spring.
