Hi there, I've just joined the site and just wanted to say hi.

I used to fish quite a lot when I was younger but then didn't go at all for years. I have just come back from a weekend at Wyland lakes (near Battle) and that has got me hooked again (excuse the pun!!) Had a fairly successful weekend catching a few small tench and carp but to be honest I am pretty inexperienced so was hoping I could pick the brains of some of you.

I'm looking to find places locally to fish and also may need help upgrading all my equipment. I'll find the right threads and post questions there.

Alrite baker, thanks for the welcome. I'm living near Albany park at the moment. Where did you live mate?

I know albany prk didnt live in sidcup grew up around welling chislehurst sidcup bexley eltham orpington etc etc
