| Hiya Folks Just getting back into fishing after something like a 15 year break. Used to do a lot of wreck fishing out from Paignton and Brixham, plus some beach casting. Since I moved to near Dartmoor I haven't had the chance to go until recently. My boss has had a friend over from Hong Kong for the last few months and it's fallen to me to keep him entertained a few times. As soon as I found out he was a keen fisherman back home I raided my loft, and that of my late father in law for rods and tackle and off we went on the Tuonella out of Paignton. Every trip has been great and I recently caught my first Conger Been five or six times now, plus I've been seen haunting the back beach at Teignmouth hunting for Bass. No luck yet. That's how I came across this forum. Lots of experts with some great tips. I'm sure it won't be long before I score my first Bass too.     |
