Telescopic fishing rod

Hi everybody, I desperately need your help. Every year I visit an orphanage in Cuba and take the children a load of gifts. Last year I visited an orphanage that had lads around 17 or 18 years old that love fishing but are too poor to buy the equipment. Due to luggage restrictions I wonder if anyone could tell me the best telescopic rod to buy. I want to take a couple for them. I need ones that will fold to fit in to a 40 inch suitcase. They fish at the beach so I would also like to take some line, hooks etc. Any advice on any of these matters would be so much appreciated. I have seen plenty on Ebay but wonder if these would be ideal.
