I would just like to say hello or maybe that should be Ay up! as i live in Nottingham, Enland.
I am new the forum and joined because i am coming over to St Mary's, Ontario on tues And was looking for informatiom about the best places to catch big carp on the thames river. i'm so looking forward to the fishing in the 2 weeks we are over, i have been before two years ago as my girlfriends Mum now lives in St Mary's, so I'm sure I'll be back Again too as it was some of the best fishing i have ever had. So if any of you guys can point me to any spots on the thames were i might get the chance to hook into a 20 pounder as my p/b at the moment is 16lb that would be great. I read there are some good spots near london for bigger fish but not sure where are there any good spots nearer st marys which are good for carp fishing?
I will be fishing the wildwood lakes also as said mum and her husband are members of wildwood sailing club so i can fish there too, anybody know if there are big carp in there? i caught several around the 10 to 12lb mark last time i was over....thanks for any replies in advance and i will have access to a compter when over so will be able to check any replies Paul.

Oops i thought when i registered this was a local forum in canada, but when i read through i realised its all over the world so i guess my post will fall on mainly def ears ..never mind hello to all anyway and look forward to reading all your stories from arround the world.
