Beginners First Float Fishing Gear?

Hi, I am planning to buy some float fishing gear - my first fishing gear ever and wondered what was the best equipment out there for a price range of up to £40 and also where to get it.

I will be fishing small fish at first like Roach, Perch and Eels.

ok you want think light i guess you already got rod, reel -what you want to do is line your reel with eight pound line around 4.95 a spool ,invest in some hooks to nylon (pre tied leaders)you want size 16 and size 18 hooks with a six pound breaking strain the are about 2 pound for ten,now you want some split shot go for a large tub if your fishing a lot youll go through them quickly they go for 2 pound up to seven quid ,then youll need floats buy a selection of large and small and get some pre weighted ones to a feww quid each ,get yourself some leader line four to six pound breaking strain £4.99,some size 16,18,20 hooks(barbless)£2.50 each a disgorger i buy metal ones as they dont bend and the quality is better than plastic £1,and a catapult for feeding the swim when your fishing the far bank £6.99 hope this helps you and if you have any questions send a message.
