Hey everyone, I just stumbled on to this site and thought to join and say hi!
I'm in michigan near the pinky knuckle of the mitten so to speak, and enjoy fishing for mostly panfish. I like to tie into a lot of the trash fish like sheephead and gobys or even the occasional dogfish. I get my share of perch sunfish and bullhead too but lately I'm scratching my head and wondering just WHAT do you do with a pile of goby on the pier behind me since they have taken over here I'm getting a kick out of thinning them out a bit at a time.
My newest bait saving method is to just haul it up and snip its head just behind the eyes to the jaw hing and just using it to get his buddy. Yep goby lips and eyes for goby demise!
I save on worms this way.
