| Old Novice!! Hi all, took up fly fishing about 18 months ago but struggling to catch much!!..Can't go very often but would enjoy chatting through the forum to get some advice. Live in Newcastle and have fished a couple of well known fisheries in the north east with varying degrees of success. Any help would be greatly received.     |

Is there anyone in the forum who fishes either Sweethope(near Otterburn) or Higham Lakes(Ponteland) who would could give me any tips....These are the two fisheries I enjoy going to but I feel I don't get the best from!! Would love any "local tips" if any one has any? |
