hey fishypaul can u tell me is this forum split into areas ?? i would like 2 find out about carp lakes in my area Bath somerset

Hi Benji, I am from Warminster, and there are quite alot of good venues in this area, from Todber Manor, Sheerwater, longleat, there are loads. if you look in the freshwater section under carp. there are reports from some of those locations.

hey Lman thx 4 that last time i fished it november last year it was real cold and no fish all day and no bites not sure how it works but im guessing it was 2 cold ?

Possibly..... a slight increase in temp will get them feeding.
I tend to fish for preditors during the colder months

hey Lman i used 2 when there was a closed season but that all has gone now ?? pike fishing on the avon was always gd or a bit of trout fishing in the brooks from 1st of april
