 Re: hi all Thanks to everyone for the welcome, the softer side of me stopped me getting out in the snow on Sunday. Greenheart, although i beleive the cages are no longer used at Hanningfield, i still here stories of the bigger fish being caught out there, don`t ever see them myself though, but then i`m happy just being out for the day. I tended to fish from the bank more often last season and whilst my catches were probably down by quite a bit i met a lot of interesting people. Next Sunday seemss a long way off. | Re: hi all hiya, smellofish, still under cages hanny, look forward to your report, had anice bag at chew valley bristol way. A 5.8lbs and two @ 3lbs and two @ two lbs, and two pike. All on fly, the pike were small jacks, taken on boobies, i was in aboat and it was freezing, takes were very deep. eat your heart out (gruncy not a ruff insight) peter. (any one had a go at mackeral on fly absulutly unbelievable fighters on a fly rod better than a bass fight, well as good |
