| Re: Out 2mora Weeeelllllllllllllllllllllll.Registered at 8.Got to mark at 9(after a cuppa and a bacon sarny)with rag,lug,macky.squid,sandeel and crab.Low water was 1/2 hr away when I started fishing at Parton beach,it's shallow and sandy with occasional rocks.There were about 8-10 on that strech of beach,so I would imagine all bait and distance options were covered,and after 3 hrs the 1st fish came,a flounder for about 12ozs.That was it until the final hooter.I did try other marks for the last 2 hrs but they were all the same at the southern end.I think it was won with a 7lb'er from a mark called Black Water.    BTW the flounder took a pennel pulley baited with crab,rag and mackerel,set up to take a cod.I did'nt think it could take a bait that big,it's amazing what they can take tho'. __________________ 2 trips this year 0 blanks,7 whiting,1 flounder |
