norh east coast ie teesmouth

hi all has anyone been fishing the norh east coast ie teesmouth to whitby area any sign of the cod yet?

There hasent been any cod for years,why should it be different now?

I been fishing out of Hartlepool for the past 14 years and it`s gradually gone into a decline like every think else at sea.

There's cod all the way down this coast.They just miss H/pool out,I know I fish it.
