| Yes...yes ....yes No its not my missus begging for more, actually caught my first mullet on a red and silver buzzer at shoreham today........about bl**dy y time! As usual camera indoors so no recording of event...so tie some more buzzers up tonight and take camera tomoz. tight lines!     |

| Re: Yes...yes ....yes I did go again last night, had the camera, had spare buzzers....didnt have mullet!  .Showed up at low tide around 6pm, they showed, coming up stream, but river flows at such a pace, no good, so waited around until 10pm (knowing they would show) but nothing, commercial bait digging was going on earlier where they dug half the sea bed up!! I wonder if this disturbance put them off, I was rather hoping that it would be the opposite, a big concentration of groundbait, ie bits of rag worm disturbed, so up for an imitation, no such luck, they normally always show at this spot but not last night, gonna try further up river and see if I can source them elsewhere. Watch this space I don't give in easily....i'm stubborn as a Mulle t  Thanks for comments/replys.......... |

| Re: Yes...yes ....yes Well had several short trips, Cannot seem to tempt them with my red buzzer at mo, don,t seem to want to know. At dead low I have seen them trout like feeding, seem to be taking stuff off the surface, tryed to ascertain what they were taking by wading into the water to no avail. Now the weather has put the mockers on the opportunity, it is chucking it down outside and blowing up to 35knots. Probably still possible to have a go at them, but don't fancy being soaked and blown to bits!  |
