hi all need some info and help please

well i have been after a mullet for ages but still havnt got one does anyone no
were abouts i could catch one ie venues in north wales, anglesey, liverpool way
also what the best tactics would be for them

anyhelp would be great cheers ben

They are all along your coastal stretch. The best locations to find them (easily) will always be harbours and estuaries. They love structures, such as piers and pontoons in calm conditions (so Balckpool Pier would be out). They also favour (not exclusively) low human traffic...so if there are lots of folks leaning over the edge of a wall and kids dropping crab-lines then it probably isn't a good Mullet mark.

I would suggest that you take a walk along your local estuary whilst the tide is coming in - on a windless evening - and you will spot the Mullet swirling in the shallows. Alternately look under moored boats and around pontoons at low water... they love to hold up under the safety of overhead structures.
