Re: help

There are toilets at reculver, as well as a pub and a carpark within a short walking distance from the beach. You should run a pennel rig using ragworm and sandeel and you stand a chance of getting a early thornback ray. Peeler crab are better but you may struggle to find some at this time of year. One word of caution though is that the weed can be really bad there and can make it unfishable at times. If you see loads of weed on the beach i wouldn`t bother trying to fish there. As for herne bay there are plenty of shops and ammusements along the sea front where im sure there is a loo, i have not herd much being caught from herne bay though so would advise ringing a locall bait shop for some advice on bait n best places to fish. There is a pier to fish off of there but looks a bit akward, as there is rock lining the wall that you would have to avoid snagging up on.

Hope this helps

Tight lines

Joe
